Meteor Foundry Quality System is built based on years of the successful communication and co-operation with our customers. Controls listed in our Quality Manual cover the majority of requirements and can be expanded to the level needed for your complete satisfaction. Currently working under CSA Z299.3, we are ISO compliant prior to gaining certification and are registered with CGP - Controlled Goods Program (Reg.#CG17199).

Our laboratory is fully equipped to keep our process and products under constant control. Chemical Composition Test, Tensile Test, Destructive and Non-Destructive Metal Testing, CMM Evaluation, X-Ray, Micro- and Macrostructure Analysis are some of the tests performed. Properties of the sand are monitored by Automatic Sand System supported by monthly conducted Sieve and Clay Test. If special tests are required, we can provide it through one of our certified suppliers.

Our philosophy is to involve all employees and have everyone responsible for quality and customer satisfaction. Problems are usually detected at the early stages of the process allowing us to keep low level of scrap and rejections.
